Welcome to the humble beginnings of what may one day grow into a world-spanning, empire spawning website. Well probably not but I can always hope. Here you will find my burgeoning attempts at miniatures modeling and painting. Some of it is bad, some of it is OK and I think some of it is starting to get a bit better than OK. Most of the stuff I put up here will be Warhammer 40,000 figures, in particular Space Marines, big guys in big armour with big guns. Cool huh?

10 July 2004: Super lazy this time...added the Ordo Literatus pages, including the new Legio Bolter & Chainsword story we've got going. I'll get around to linking it to the AoD fluff, which is where the current story Planetfall: Alcmene has it's roots...

21 April 2004: At the request of a number of people from the Bolter & Chainsword and even some via e-mail I've added some basic how-to's and colour recipes for many of the Chapters I've painted. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and read the recipes. I could only be bothered with detailed instructions for the Sons of Guilliman, as the techniques work the same with all the other minis, just switch the colours around and you should be right. All right, I'm lazy, I admit it, but I'm not going to do anything about it...
03 April 2004: Have begun updating the old photos using much better settings and lighting. New pics have a light grey background rather than the light blue I was originally using. You should be able to tell what's been updated by looking at the Chapter Index, grey background equals new shots... Added revamped pages for the Raven Guard and the Black Consuls. Also added an Older Works page to show how crap my painting used to be...
30 March 2004: After some advice from the lads at the B&C I took some more photos of the Brazen Claw Assault Marine with a new background. Also put up the old Chapter Quizzes and Answers.
