As an Englishman (mainly Buckinghamshire & Berkshire) who has been fortunate enough to have led a wonderfully adventurous (& sometimes mysterious) life, who has dabbled in the pastimes of mountaineering, rock climbing, and caving over the last 34 years, and who is now based in Western Australia, I feel that I have a few true stories (some of an historical nature) that may be of interest to folks out there on the net. With this in mind I have written up some of these stories and I will be adding to them as further stories are completed.

I am pleased to have this opportunity to share some of my memories with other folk around the world and I sincerely hope that you'll get some pleasure from my writings.

I have recently compiled and published a book on early rock climbing in Western Australia, as written by the pioneering climbers of WA themselves, called "Climb When Ready" (by David John James) and published by Hesperian Press, 65, Oat Street. Carlisle. W. Australia. 6101, at a cost of $Au20.00 per copy + postage. All proceeds from this book are being donated towards giving some disabled West Australian youngsters a chance to enjoy a very exciting day of adventure.
