'Call Dr Joy'

This service is designed to resolve any type of computing problem. Originally it was targeted at 'small' problems that many computer users experience but now 'Call Dr Joy' is the banner for all our services.

Prices for the service are determined by the time taken to resolve the problem and then instruct the user in appropriate steps to ensure that the problem does not recur. The fee for the Dr Joy service is $66 per hour. Pensioner and senior's discounts apply.

Payments

Fees for any CLANCIE service may be made in cash at the time that the service is provided or by direct transfer into our bank account. Please contact us to obtain details of the account. It is also possible to make a transfer from a credit card account using the PayPal system. PayPal, an EBay subsidiary, is a secure payment system that operates over the Internet in a totally encrypted mode ensuring that information entered is private to the person entering it.
