Method: Cook flour and oil till brown. Add onion and celery and cook till soft. Add fish stock, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley and garlic and cook for 30 minutes. Strain sauce then add yabbies. Saute the capsicum and carrots. Place yabbies and sauce on plate, top with capsicum, carrots and spring onion and serve. |
