Western Saucers Scallops are found from Esperance to Broome in Western Australia.

Mulataga Scallop product does not touch "Fresh Water" therefore giving the Mulataga Scallop a premium quality. This also prevents the Scallop from absorbing the usual 20-40% water weight, which is lost in cooking normal Scallops.
