The northern winter solstice
Once in every five cycles our long count meets the precession of the equinoxes.
It’s a big date.
So when the galactic elliptic syncs with our solar elliptic we have the “starting
point” for the precession of the equinoxes every 26,000 years. This
makes sense from a measurement point of view, because it is like starting
from a flat plane.
Below are two pictures of our galaxy. The right hand image is the elliptic,
or the flat aspect. In 2012 AD Earth’s solar elliptic will join the
galactic elliptic, creating a direct light path between Earth, the Sun, Sirius
and the galactic core. (Energetically, the black and white spirals are based
on the Sri Yantra.)
In other words, we are going to match a light spiral perfectly. And this connects
us closer still with galactic light, or higher consciousness. The Maya called
it the "Birth of Venus".
