Payment options

You have to pay non-refundable $200.00 deposit to secure your booking within 5 days of receiving confirmation, and the rest of your account needs to be settled prior to arrival. Please allow at least 3 days for funds to appear in our account. We will then notify you of key collection procedures.

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Electronic transfer of funds
2. Personal or bank check
3. Credit card payments via PayPal

Please add the bank fees required to the amount you send - or we won't receive the correct amount of funds.

Option 2. Sending a check

Personal Check or Bank Check Details:

If sending a personal check, please ensure it is in Australian dollars. Please allow 3 days for the check to clear once we've received it.

Option 3 Credit Card

You may send funds internationally very inexpensively using PayPal - visit www.paypal.com to find out more. You need to add 3% on top of the invoiced amount to cover the fees so that we receive the correct amount. Please send your payment to accommodation.perth@iinet.net.au. If you don't already have a PayPal account, it is free and doesn’t take a minute to set one up. The funds are sent immediately.

You have to pay $500 bond which we will pay you back at the end of your staying in the apartment.

The apartment has to be cleaned before leaving (exept linen), otherwise $60 will be taken from your bond.
