Square Dancing after covid-19 lock down,
March to November 2020

I am delighted to welcome dancers back to our activity.

Not all of our clubs will be operating fully from the beginning of November 2020.

Kay's Plus, Sunday starts on 22nd November (we know it is a 4th Sunday) then the last dance for the year on 6th December.
Uniting Squares Day starts back in November, Wednesday 25th. Last dance for the year on 2nd December.
Town and Country Squares, Monday (Town) will start on Monday 16th November.
Town and Country Squares, Friday (Country). NO Dancing.
Uniting Squares (A Level) starting date is yet to be decided.
50+ Centre at the Brisbane City Hall is not open for us. We don't know when that will happen.
They have opened all activities except dancing! We are working on it.

Sadly I are unable to supply the usual cuppa and bikies, however, you are welcome to BYO everything, mug and the makings. Hot water will be available.

We are all too familiar with the phrase "physical distancing" and there is a whole lot more is in the guidelines.

If you are interested, all our rules and regulations have been published.

  [Rev 5, 29 October] 2020
on Page 11 there is the reference to Square Dancing.

We still go Square Dancing which is "Recreational Structured Partner Dancing" NOT "Social Dancing". Just agree.

There will be PAPER WORK, some for the venue and some for the club. Please be patient.

Hopefull 2021 will be an acceptable "normal" and I plan to open the clubs, as usual, in the first week of February. Watch this web site and The Bugle.

kind regards
