Passenger Lists
These pages contain transcriptions of Passenger Lists for some of the vessels that sailed from England to Australia from 1848 to 1856.
I have tried to transcribe the passenger lists as accurately as possible. In places I have not been able to work out what a name is and have marked it with ??. In other instances I have had a stab in the dark as to what the name is. Please remember the names were written as the transcriber heard them.
Adelaide
When transcribing this I noticed some of the Town/Villages and Counties have been incorrectly spelt. I have left spelling as on the passenger list.

Genghis Khan
Some of the single people on the passenger list appear twice. They appear with their families and then on either the Domestic & Single Women list or the Single Men's list. In some instances there is a difference in County or Age between the two entries.

Star Queen
The person recording these people made a few errors as to where people came from. I found that some entries had Middlesex as their county when in fact they had come from Cambridgeshire, so treat the entries with caution.
Also I had trouble with some names so I don't gaurentee they are 100% correct.

Violet
On this list there are people who should of sailed on the Auroa and not the Violet.
Some Passengers had a small contribution paid towards there passage by a sponsor in South Australia.
