NOTE:Some digital images may have imperfections or limitations, which may impact on the reproduction of final printed results, for which we cannot be held responsible. DiGi Album reserves the right to make any graphic or layout adjustments. We are not responsible for your media or storage thereof.

1. How will I get my proof?
The DiGi Album proof is available in two ways, depending on your initial product selection;
(a) WEB VERSION - we will send you a MINI PROOF hot link by email as soon as it is ready. All you have to do is click on the link and follow the instructions. You will need to reply an approval OK.
(b) PRINT VERSION - we will send you a black and white proof by regular mail. The proofs must be checked for typographical errors. If your documentation is unclear a further proof will be sent to you for approval. Approved proofs must be returned to us before any printing will be completed. Author’s corrections may be charged for.

2. How long will it take before I receive my DiGi Album PROOF?
The average time is about 5 business days.

3. When viewing my DiGi Album MINI PROOF on line, the pictures look like they are lacking detail?
The MINI PROOF is sent to you in low resolution format. The final product will be in a higher resolution suitable for printing a good result.

4. Do you accept pictures from professional photographers?
Yes, but you must include written permission from the photographer allowing us to reproduce the image. Most photographers will grant you permission if they do not offer you a product similar to ours.

5. How do I send my photographs to DiGi Album?
BY E-MAIL . . .
If your photographs are in digital form, please e-mail them to digialbum@iinet.net.auThe photographs must be attached as a separate file and not inserted or pasted in the e-mail. Please do not reduce the size of your file for mailing. If you wish to compress your files for mailing you may use Winzip. If you are scanning the photographs yourself, please use a high resolution (at least 300 DPI) when scanning. E-mail the caption with each photograph and supply a heading list if required.

BY MAIL . . .
If your photographs are not in digital form and you want DiGi Album to scan your photos, please mail them to the following address: DIGI ALBUM, 101/93 Brompton Road, Kensington, NSW 2033, Australia.
We will be happy to scan your photographs (please see price list). Kindly number each photo on the back and on a sheet of paper indicate the caption for each photograph. MAKE SURE TO WRITE "PHOTOGRAPHS - DO NOT BEND" on the envelope. Your photographs will be returned to you with your order.
