ResidentsTwo Rocks-Yanchep Residents AssociationThe Two Rocks-Yanchep Residents Association has been an incorporated body since 1994, and has been in existence since 1976. It is a forum for people of the district to foster stronger community spirit, improve the environment, identify improvements required as well as allowing people to express their views. The association has negotiated many regional improvements over the years through the local, state and federal governments. Volunteers give their time to run the association. The Residents Association welcomes more people to be involved and help contribute to the development of the region. There are many people who often criticise instead of joining in and helping. The Residents Association has its meetings on the fourth Monday of each month, starting at 7.30pm. Residents Association meetings are held at the Phil Renkin Recreation Centre in Two Rocks. Hopefully we will see many new faces at future meetings. The Association's meetings are always advertised in the local Sun City News. All members of the local community are welcome to attend.
The Residents Association has had a very successful year with
many guest speakers, and has addressed several community issues
at all levels of government. It is the best forum to come along
and have your say and hear what is happening in your community.
Membership is only $5.00 per person or $7.00 per family.
