The town house is in a block of four, but stands completely separate. There is a lock-up garage and carport. It has a private garden patio and barbecue, with a patio setting to seat six people. As an added extra there is an outdoor spa set in a beautiful garden area.

The upstairs level has three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other has two single beds, in addition to two spacious bathrooms with toilets. There is ample space for clothes, as all bedrooms have built in robes.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Off the kitchen is another toilet with a bathroom vanity and a laundry. The lounge is tastefully decorated in laquered oriental furniture, boasting a leather lounge suite, large television, video and stereo. There is a formal dining room with a rosewood oriental setting for six people. There is also an informal dining room seating six people, and a buffet bureau providing extra space for crockery, etc. The town house is truly of executive quality.

The town house is supplied with all linen, towels, hairdryers, crockery, etc. Visitors need only personal items.  A telephone service is also available.
