With a Registered Test Station we can offer professional testing services for SCUBA cylinders, BA cylinders, LPG cylinders, Aviation cylinders, Fire Extinguishers, Accumulators, and Refrigerant cylinders. 
  

ASG  TEST  STATION

Cylinder Testing is performed to Australian Standards AS2030, AS2337, and standards specified in Manufacturer's specifications.  The following are some common cylinder testing requirements.
  

SCUBA cylinders require hydrostatic testing and re-certification every 12 months to conform to Australian Standards.

We have a Registered Test Station and all cylinder testing includes an air fill with Breathing Air certified to AS1715 and AS2299.
   

LPG Cylinders need to be tested every 10 years.  We can recertify your cylinder or offer an instant cylinder exchange from our reserve of fully certified LPG cylinders.

  

Custom Testing of cylinders can include services such as  

  • Hydrostatic pressure testing of cylinders and associated pipes and hoses.

  • Pressure Gauge Calibrations

  • Cylinder Ovality Testing.

  • NDT such as Dye Penetrine and Magnetic Particle Testing. 

  • Valve Servicing and Refurbishment.

  • Testing, Servicing and Calibration of Pressure Relief Valves.

  • Surface Preparation, Galvanising and Painting.
