Having met all of the academic and practical requirements, I joined the Australian Computer Society and held the position of Associate until 1991 when I left Australia for Indonesia.

Upon admission as a partner in Nelson Wheeler, and having met all the academic and practical requirements, I was granted a practicing certificate through the Institute of Chartered Accountants which I held until cessation of public practice.

Various training was undertaken in the 1980's including an advanced course on Novell network installation through Network Associates.

1991 - Lecturer TAFE.

During 1991, I worked on a part time basis teaching small business management at the Bentley TAFE (Technical & Further Education) college. I left this position after being transferred to Jakarta by Price Waterhouse for a 6 month assignment with Krakatau Steel in West Java.

1991 - System Management Training.

Amongst other methodologies, Price Waterhouse trained me in its Systems Management Methodology and its Systems Development Methodology.

1995 - Indonesian Mining Journal.

The success of the Systems Implementation Project in Timah resulted in the publication of several papers through the mining industry journals on systems implementation approaches.
