Noelle was born in Wagin Western Australia. She lived in Claremont from the age of two, She attended Claremont School of Art for three years and Fremantle Prison Art School for two years.
Noelle has exhibited her art work at Fremantle Prison, ‘A’ Shed, Tresilian, Atwell Gallery, Wray Avenue Café and the Royal Agricultural Society.
Noelle is particularly influenced by the Kimberley and Pilbara colours and will be concentrating on Meekatharra to Kununurra ‘scapes for her next series.
She paints at the Atwell Gallery on Friday’s with a group of artist who all enjoy exploring the Arts.
