This is to confirm the granting of a licence with world wide rights, as scheduled in the attached contract, in respect of the ZONE series of nine novels as authored by myself.

The licence is to extend to the reproduction of the series in whole or part on CD, DVD tape and any other electronic media including downloaded versions from the Internet. It also covers, as detailed in the contract, board games and all ancillary items pertaining to them, including hardware, software, models, boxed sets and all and every manner of merchandise.

Sole exception to this licence shall be hard copies of the books, whether in paper back or hard back versions.
