What to do if I get the
message:
ACCESS DENIED |
An “Access Denied” message after you attempt to log on can be caused by
protection software, Anti-Spyware, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, etc. This
type of protection software looks at the URL you are logged on to and
determines you are being re-directed to a site other than the one you
are using, which is in effect what happens when you successfully log on
to IMPRINT.
However, the protection software stops URL re-direction and your log in
details are prevented from reaching the IMPRINT Publication server which
results in receiving an Access Denied message.
To over come this problem, check if you have this type of protection
software working in the background and make IMPRINT an exception or
disable it for this log on attempt. |
