Meet the CharactersHello and welcome to the first Meet the Characters event! The characters from the PC were a little disappointed that only two people sent in questions. Carlos was particularly horrified that no questions were directed at him but he has managed to put it down to the fact that everyone is just too nervous to ask him anything in case they sound stupid. He says to tell you, "Even if you do sound stupid you should still ask questions." For once we agree with him. Dear Lisa Treehugger... "Is it true your Dad's nickname was "Old-Growth" as in Old-Growth Treehugger?" Lisa: Hi Jon, thanks for the question. Yes, that was my Dad's nickname. My birth parents died when I was young so I grew up with an adoptive family. I learnt all about the environment from my Dad and joined my first protest when I was four. It is quite ironic really that Dad died from being crushed by a tree in an old growth forest. I hope knowing the answer to your question helps you sleep easier. Dear Alexandra Restauranter... "Will you be exchanging the diamond ring that Carlos got for you for something more 'your style'?" Alexandra: Hello ShallowMal. Why are you shallow? I could never exchange the ring for anything else, including a cash refund, as it is a token of Carlos's love and ownership of me. Unless of course we were to get a divorce or the wedding is cancelled, because diamond rings aren't much use to your average restaurant owner. But until that happens the ring will remain on my finger except for when one of Carlos's servants polishes it. Say "Hi" to Apu for me. Well there you are boys and girls!
