The judge failed to see the connection between this image and the subject. Obviously (in my opinion), there is an element of the passage of time when comparing a telegram (represented by the telegraph pole), and the cell phone. Or is it that nobody remembers what a telegram was?

The judge also criticised the open mouth, but have you ever tried to talk with your mouth closed?
