Bertling Coat of Arms

The Coat of Arms is the heraldic bearing or shield of a person, family or corporation.

The Bertling Coat of Arms, which is supposedly hanging in the Cologne Cathedral (1), was probably established many years ago when the family was connected with the military or were landowners.

The above Coat of Arms was the only registered Bertling Coat of Arms (2) found when researching heraldry books.

It has not been confirmed that this and the Cologne Coat of Arms are one and the same.
