Lightning 10
This was another 3 photo bolt, that took over an hour to complete!! Wolfie gave cryptic clues to find three particular auctions on eBay, we had to find them and take a photo of any pony with the auctions. She posted a few extra clues throughout.
This one completely flustered me. I found the second required auction without much trouble, but the other two had me completely stumped! Eventually after a few more clues I found the second auction.
The first auction mentioned "candy" and "rainbow flavoured". My brain went on frazzle mode and I started thinking Starburst, not Skittles like I should have. When I finally realised it was Skittles I looked it up but didn't find anything. The auction title had "Skittle" but not "Skittles". ARGH! I did it the hard way and looked up "NR" and "Bag" in the title as Wolfie said they would be, it bought up 48 pages of auctions to plough through.
So I finally got all three pictures. But by this time my computer was completely freaking out because I had three IE windows, CuteFTP and PaintShop all open at the same time. And PaintShop especially seems to love eating memory. Horror of horrors I kept getting "Not enough memory" errors!! I was afraid I might have to go through the long process of rebooting and reconnecting again!! Luckily I managed to work with one program at a time and got my photos up, within the top 5. *phew* Then Wolfie extended it to the first 9. Oh well no worries, I got in the top 5. I would have hated to go through all that and not get in!
