Payment Schedules:
 
The balance of the Kaleidovision / event fees are due prior to the Performance.
Where the show runs for one month or more, the show fees are due on Friday each week.
Fortnightly or Monthly payments may be arranged for regular proven clients.
 
 
Commitment
 
A signed contract is a legally binding document, agreeing to the purchase of Kaleidovision.
Should a cancellation be necessary, CEP management must be advised in writing no less than 42 days before the contract commencement.
The cancellation will not be effective until management receives the notification.
Cancellations made within 7 days of contract commencement are subject to a 65% surcharge of the fee.

Listed below, as a reference, are the questions our management may need to know upon engagement.

1)    What current connections or prospects do you have for booking gigs?

2)    What is the typical crowd size for that particular night at this venue?

3)    What kind of music are you looking for?

4)    What age group is the clientele for this venue or venues?

5)    How much equipment does the band bring?

6)    What other bands or shows are playing and in what order?

7)    What time does the first band begin?

8)    Is the extra weight on the airfreight paid?

9)    When would management see and sign a contract? When will management receive a copy of  the contract?

10)  What time is bump in? (And are there any specific instructions?)

11)  What time do doors open?

12)  What time is bump out/closing?

13)  Is there a sound lighting check before show time? When?

14)  Is there a backstage area for bands?

15)  How long are the rest breaks in-between the sets?

16)  Do you allow recordings from the soundboard, and if so, what format , dat. minidisc, CD etc.)?

17)  The band has four sets of 30 minutes, we can provide more or less. How many sets do you require?

18)  Management and band members would like to invite guests, so we can inform the guests how much is the cover charge?

19)  In what currency would the check be made?

20)  What are the luggage restrictions?

21)  Is there a Laundry facility? and are expenses paid for?

22)  Is there a gym where band members can work out and exercise?

23)  If out of America what kind of voltage of electricity does the facility support?

24)  If out of America can band members get electricity power converter from 110 220?

25)  Can band members plug-in hair dryers?
