Sarah von Bamberger, age 34,  began painting art in high school in Perth, West Australia. A majority of that work was purchased, which encouraged  her  to continue.

She has a varied array of influential people that she considers inspirational in her artistic endevours:
Steven Hawkins, Mondrian, Kandinsky, and Klee, to name a few.

Her preferred medium is mixed, including the use of water colours, but sculpture is maintaining her curiosity.

She states that although some of her work is visually true to nature, the very concept of various constituents to be  "smeared on wood pulp" to create the illusionary effect of realism, is the paradox of her creativity.

Everything is illusion, at war with forced conceptual idealism.  It is just "constituent atoms...  energetic bonds of cohesion creating the illusion of realism".  A paradox indeed.

She states in closing, "Art should be fun, after all my favorite shloka is, 'nothing does any good until you spread it around' ! "
