Clinic
appointments are generally scheduled between 9.00am - 5.00pm
weekdays. After hours
appointments may be arranged including alternate Saturday
mornings.
A
private consultation is an excellent approach to receive the
education and support to improve your sleep and reduce stress as
each session is tailored to your specific needs.
Confidentiality
is a priority. You receive quality time and attention and
will feel totally at ease with your private sessions.
A doctor’s referral
is NOT
needed.
If
you are already consulting with a doctor, psychiatrist,
specialist physiotherapist etc. regarding your sleep and/or stress
problems then we offer
the option of providing reports and maintaining contact with
your practitioner.

As well as

muscle and immune function massage stimulates the natural flow of

body and is excellent for enhancing
sleep.
Massage
is the oldest healing method known to humankind.
Mindfulness
is a powerful Buddhist meditation practice helping
the mind to develop clarity and insight in every passing
