Hartog Villa is situated on Baywater Canal, which is part of the Northport Canals in Port Bouvard, Mandurah, Western Australia. This is approximately 75km south of Perth and the Perth International Airport

Travelling from Perth, take the Kwinana Freeway to the end and exit west onto Safety Bay Road. Then turn south onto Ennis Ave and follow this road right through to Mandurah and then to Port Bouvard, turning off (right) at Northport Blv. The property is then about 1Km further on just before the beach.
