Description:
A hardy medium sized shrub with red spider like flowers. An abundance
of flowers is produced from winter to spring. It is frost hardy and suited
to a wide variety of soil types. Best planted in full sun or light shade.

Origin: A self sown seedling in the gardens at Bywong Nursery. Uses: Good for planting as a low screen or hedge or in mixed shrub beds. Maintenance: Trim as required after flowering and fertilize with a low phosphorus fertilizer. Fauna: Attracts nectar-feeding birds. Legal Status: Nil. |
