The Shrine

As featured in WD#212 the first thing that struck me about this piece of cardboard terrain is how flimsy it was going to be. So, with that in mind I set about glueing the card to some thin polystyrene sheet, with the intention of detailing the inside walls, and adding a stained glass window. Unfortunatlely, this proved to be all too hard, and hence this project hit the back burner for quite some time (after all WD#212 was August 1997!).

Since this photo the based has been painted green, and I have actually painted on the glass (as shown on the right).
