My great grandmother (born to WH Gibson/Gordon & Charlotte Rumming) married William Samuel Bailey from Shropshire, England in 1885. William died in 19 January 1900, of tuberculosis, leaving Lily with six children to raise.

She met and married James Stuart Rea on 17 October 1900. He was a childless widower and farmer from Ireland. They had two children
