Mailing List

Xuan Xuan now has a mailing list that you can subscribe to. The list will be used to announce news, events, workshops, etc, as well as to provide a forum for contributors and potential contributors to discuss drawing and writing techniques, or to look for someone to team up with.

The mailing list is currently unmoderated, but the following guidelines should be adhered to.

• No fighting, flaming, comments of a derogatory or sexual nature will be tolerated.

• All posts should be relevant to the list, that is, to manga, anime, drawing and writing of manga, and anything else that may be relevant to another list member's post. Spam email, chain emails, and other email which would be considered 'Off topic' should definitely not be sent to the list.

• Constructive crticism only. Remember, we're all on the list help each other, so when giving comments or criticism to someone, keep it positive and constructive.

• Any act of sabotage, whether against the list, Xuan Xuan in general, or another list member, will not be tolerated.

The above rules are just a rough guide, and certainly don't cover every eventuality. Common sense, and courtesy, still apply, and so long as posts to the list abide by that, in general there will not be problems. Members who do not follow the above guidelines will be given a warning, and may be removed from the list should they continue to offend.
