A chronicle of my escapades on the journey
to build as many things as I can.
Hopefully there may be something of interest here for you or at the very least some information to prevent you making the same
dumb mistakes I have.
The majority of projects are to do with amateur telescope making in some way but I have also included metal casting, building a lathe,
my recumbent bicycle and some other miscellaneous items.
Some of these projects may be dangerous in the wrong hands. I make no warrenties, implied or otherwise as to the safety of them.
The information I supply worked for me, your results may differ. Please follow all precautions you deem suitable for your personal safety.
I seem to have a dangerous disease.
I have to make things, I have to get my fix in the workshop
My philosophy is anyone can do anything if they set their mind to it.
This has caused me no end of angst but I cannot give it up and eventually I get there.
This site is an attempt to spread some information I've picked up along the way on some of the things that I find of interest.
It is by no means definitive but where ever possible I have added references or links to further information.
Now, what can I build tomorrow?
