Ordering from
us is simple! Simply use the navigation menus to find what you would
like to purchase, then click on it to add the item to your shopping cart.
Once you have selected all your items, proceed to the checkout, where
you will need to enter information such as your preferred method of payment
and postage, your location, and your contact details. It is important
for you to give us your contact details, as because each piece of jewellery
is handmade and unique, stocks are strictly limited, and sometimes parts
of your order may not be able to be fulfilled. In these cases we will
contact
you as soon as possible with alternatives.
After we receive your order on our secure server, an order confirmation
email will be sent to you with an itemised list, a total price, and payment
details. At this stage, if you are happy with the order, you would email
us back confirming that the details are correct, and that payment has
been made. (This would also be a good time to ask for your Frequent Jewellers
Discount. How does one get into the Frequent Jewellers
Programme?) Once we confirm receipt of your payment, your order will
be processed and sent off on the same day. (Orders payed for by cheque
will need a few extra days to clear) Its easy and secure, and rest assured
that your details will be kept private

and will
never be passed on to any other parties. Please bear in mind that all
prices are in Australian dollars. International customers can only pay
in A$ - you can convert it to your currency
here. For international orders we can only accept International Bank
Drafts in Australian dollars ONLY. Please note that we cannot accept
International Postal Money Orders as these are not recognised in Australia.
