What is it?
TuneUp is a collaboration between Cindy Aulby and Cary Lewincamp which offers live guided meditation.
Cary plays his simply beautiful guitar music, and Cindy guides participants into a refreshed and awake state of relaxation.
We have
found TuneUp is a terrific start to the day for conference
participants, the meditation an ideal preparation for a day of intense
focus and concentration. TuneUp will also serve to prepare
participants
for optimum performance in exams and important meetings, particularly
those intended to resolve conflict or achieve consensus among divergant
views.
Many scientific studies have investigated meditation practice over recent years and results consistently show meditation to have highly beneficial effects. Apart from physical benefits such as reduction in high blood pressure, improved immune function and heart function, the phychological benefits are wide ranging. Research has demonstrated that meditation

We offer a tailored meditation for your purpose. Give us your participants for 30 minutes and we will give them back to you calm, centred and in a generous and balanced state of mind. This calming and positive experience generally encourages people to continue meditating - we can provide information and resources to facilitate this process.
