Using a hole saw a friend cut the blow hole at the top and drilled out the grill for the 6cm in the back and 8cm at the front. Also using a hack saw, which I don't recommended cause it took ages, I cut out the grill for the PS. When drilling holes be damn careful with your measurements. As you can see there is that hole that looks totally out of place on the X side. Its there because I took one measurement as the centre of the fan when it was meant to be the top and anyway there was a bar on the mb side which would stop any fan being mounted.

Next on the agenda was the window. Having no jigsaw or suitable cutting tool at home I got a friend at school to do it, big thanks to him. I'm not sure what he used but the cut wasn't that straight and it kinda warped the metal, but I ain't complaining (not too much anyway :). The plexi glass was cut and "holed" by the friend who did the other blow holes. It was quite thick perspex and my friend beveled the edge of the hole which gave it a really good look. Also it meant that the fan guard could be inverted and dip into the perspex if u get what I mean. I'm still looking for like a rubber lining or something to go around the edge of the window to give it a more professional look.
