Microphone mounted. It comes from an Altronics headset , ideal for what I wanted , I did not drill any holes in the helmet , it mounts where the stud was. My earphones will be 300 ohms units from ACOUSTICOM CORP designed for communication in high noise enviroments.Helmet from local motorcycle shop.

Ear pieces arrived , unfortunately one of them has a screw missing. I have terminated the cables and put the microphone around the right way. Now to connect everything up.
