Our privacy policy

Privacy and doing business at Strictly Literary and Cokley Media: Customer and visitor private details are stored offline and are not distributed to any other individual, organisation, company or government beyond legal requirements. If visitors have sent us mail we expect that they want us to reply. Please tell us if you do not want/require a reply or to be contacted again.

Customer's addresses and financial details are stored offline and only trusted company executives have access to them. They are used for single purchases only, unless specific arrangements are made in writing by each customer. If shipments of goods ordered do not arrive within reasonable deadlines (normally 10 working days to the USA and UK, 2-3 within Australia) please call us on 0413 004 138 or email to facilitate a trace on the shipment so we can ensure delivery.

Customers choose the level of security and the speed of ordering they need when doing business with our company. We accept Australian-dollar cheques and all payments through PayPal. No hard currency, please.

Our fast, safe method of ordering is to print out our order form, complete all the details, then email the completed form to us. You can also mail a hard copy with a cheque to 81 Hoff Street, Mount Gravatt East, Queensland, 4122, Australia. We will process the order as quickly as possible (normally the same or next business day).

Cheques can only be in Australian dollars on Australian banks and we will process and forward all such orders once funds have cleared from the cheque (normally three business days). PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHEQUES OR CASH IN ANY CURRENCY OTHER THAN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.
