Colin has been involved in two sports at a high level for over 25 years. Much of his sporting experiences complement his range of organisational skills.

In archery, Colin has participated in international competitions, providing coaching, managing teams, and developing/managing training courses.

In martial arts, Colin is a highly ranked instructor respected for his development of a world-class women self defence course.
