Hi, I am an Early Childhood Development teacher and I would like to share an idea with you for toddler fun! Use Cool Whip for finger paint you can color it with mashed up fruit or Kool-Aid or food coloring. Another fun idea is freeze colored ice cubes let them play with them with on the high chair tray while they are waiting got meals sometimes I put them in a bowl of water with a measuring cup.lots of fun! The recipes on your site look really good so far, and what I especially enjoy about your site a re the detailed book reviews you have. I tried France's Teething Biscuits. LOVE THEM!
The biscuits are hard as a rock, but they are not messy and last a LONG time. Alex chews and chews and only gets the teeniest bit of biscuit, but the chewing action in awesome! [... see the recipe for the rest of the review]

I just wanted to say I love your site. I honestly wish I would have found it when I was looking for teething bisquit recipes. I made all my own baby food (still do -- but he's a toddler now), and I had such a hard time trying to find recipes that were quick, easy to prepare and packed with all the "good stuff&uot;. Thank you thank you thank you! I JUST started cooking my baby's food. (He's 7 months old) I was getting a bit frustrated at the book store, as there werent' too many books to choose from.
