use different steam store

1) Register - http://www.your-freedom.net/index.php?id=170&L=0

2) Download client - http://www.your-freedom.net/index.php?id=downloads

3) Run client wizard, enter login details, and choose a UK server

4) Alter IE to use localhost:8080 for proxy/vpn connection settings

5) Go to steam store, and use an alternative account to your main account. Should be logged into UK store automatically.
Add game, purchase as gift, enter country as UK and should be done.
