December 2006

Uh, that's December?

I need time

30 December 2005
I need time

Prolly the last entry this year.

I need time. Or rather, fewer demands on my time. Their Ladyships take up the majority of my time. They'd take all of it if I let them.

List of stuff I want/need to finish

  1. Edit Of The Dark
  2. Write Bride of the Dark
  3. Review the novels from fellow OWWers
  4. Review stuff posted on the OWW
  5. Hassle Shauna and Paul because I haven't talked/emailed them in the longest time
  6. Compose some eerie music for my WHC bidcom
  7. Clean the house
  8. Pitch more articles
  9. Practice piano and violin and voice
  10. Work out more
  11. Read more
  12. Watch more movies
  13. Sound engineering
  14. Dance more
  15. Re-discover those things that I'd pretty much forgotten I wanted to do... like jigsaw puzzles.

I'm sure as they get older their Ladyships will stop demanding so much of my time. They may even start picking up after themselves.

In case I don't post again, have a Happy New Year.

26 December
Uh, that's December?

So much for that month. What happened?

Well, I took a bit of a break from NaNoWriMo. My computer started misbehaving. I got a cold, but only on the left side of my head. Then we thought we'd try a computer rebuild. I've got toddlers. A few days into the rebuild, I wake up (at three in the morning) with a terrible earache which didn't go away for a week with antibiotics. I've got toddlers. After a fair bit of diagnostic work, His Grace figures out that it's the motherboard, and not some drivers that are causing our computer problems. We have to wait to get a new motherboard. I have no hearing in my left ear, but for a dull mutter. However, I get a very strong buzz in my ear when I talk. Either way, sound affects my hearing. Choir practice was a challenge. Christmas happened. The whole family chose to come over to my house.

And that's what happened. Meanwhile, I have another Blog for professional reasons over on Blogitorium. Check it out.
