Payment schedule:
- Deposit of 30% of rent due when booking is confirmed.
- Balance of rent plus security bond is due at least 45 days before scheduled date of arrival.
- Refund of unutilised bond will be made within 14 days of date of departure.
Refund Policy:
No refunds can be made for cancelled or changed reservation dates (other than the security deposit) unless the relevant days are re-let.

Please note: In order to secure your booking, you will be asked to enter into a formal rental agreement. The Terms and Conditions below convey the essence of the Agreement.- The rental agreement is between the owner and the lessee, who is the person nominated on the booking form; all dealings will be between the owner and the lessee unless otherwise agreed.
- The lease is for temporary holiday accomodation only by the lessee and the named people in the lessee's party. A maximum of four persons are permitted to stay in each apartment.
- Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
- A signed rental agreement together with the remainder of the rental price plus a refundable security deposit of €200 must be received at least 45 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
- No refunds will be made for cancelled or changed
reservation dates (other than the security deposit) unless
the relevant days are re-let.
(Most travel insurance policies include cover for such eventualities; we recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover well in advance of your trip.)
An administration charge of €40 will be deducted from any refund made. - Arrival time is from 4:00 pm on date of arrival; departure time is before 10:00 am on date of departure. No credit will be given for late arrival or early departure.
- The rental price includes electricity, hot water, bed linen and towels. Heating, if necessary, is extra unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.
- The rental price does not include any consumables (food, drinks, toiletries, etc.); or any supplementary charges that may result from special requests by guests (e.g. additional cleaning costs, car hire, sight-seeing charges, etc.); or the cost of replacement of broken or damaged contents.
- We request that you leave the apartment(s) clean and tidy when you leave. A cleaning service fee may be deducted from your security deposit if additional cleaning beyond normal is required after you leave.
- Pets are not accepted and we request that you do not smoke in the apartments or the building.
