Again surprising - all three desserts this month have been impressive for me, and I'm not a desserty lad. Red bean I've loved since I was a kid. Technically superb red bean jelly (the red cylinder) made me envious. I'm not too sure about the yoghurt foam - it seemed a bit lost with the citrusy kumquat and the sweet beans. But it looked great.
