Cassegrain is a little hard to get in Sydney, but I love it. Must do a drive up to Port sometime. The vineyard has gone biodynamic (a bit loopy-sounding - burying cow manure and quartz in a cow's horn...). But if it means more attention is paid to the grapes and soil, all the better
