Dodd & Young, Human Resource Consultants is a partnership between
Keith Dodd and Sara Young
which commenced on 1 February, 1996.

Both partners have extensive experience in human resource management and are able to bring practical solutions to many of the changes and challenges being faced by business in the increasingly deregulated workplace.

Dodd & Young has, since its inception, undertaken work for a range of large and medium sized public and private sector agencies. Our expertise and knowledge of the appropriate legislation has resulted in these agencies being able to successfully implement workplace reform or to deal with other difficult human resource issues.
