Darke Dreams : Magick : Werewolf Lore

I repeatedly get emails about this shifting spell, asking

'How can I reverse this if I do it?'

which I find quite funny in all honesty. Its like just touching your toe into the water, rather than swimming. But that asside I thought and decided to write up some ways that I could think of that would reverse the spell.

Die a painful silver infested death at the end of a gunshot or silver dagger (not really practical unless you want to come back as a zombie or a vampire)
Have a friend or associate that is an extremely good and knowledgable occultist and have them perform a form of exorcism on you using traditionally choosen incredients (wolfsbane would be a good start)

Within John Michael Greer's book Monsters, there are some other traditional ways to turn back to a human (based around how one became a werewolf in the first place):

Remove your wolf skin belt (that assumes the belt forces the change in the first place)
Bathing in running water may reverse the magick
Some folklore has it that the shifter (him/her)self can transform back at will

But the question comes, who would perform a spell that suggests physical change of shape without proper research first? Some books to research from, Sabine Baring-Gould's The Book of Werewolves, Montague Summer's The Vampire, The History of Witchcraft, The Werewolf, John Michael Greer's Monsters and Eliphas Levi's Transcendental Magic.
