The Growing of Fine Tea |
||||||
Tea is harvested from a plant which belongs to the camellia family (Camellia Sinensis). Black (fermented), green (unfermented) and oolong (semi-fermented) teas are all produced from the same species of plant. The best teas come from Sri Lanka (Ceylon), India, China and Taiwan. |
