SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
SETUP
This will take place on the 25th September 2008 with judging to be done
during that day also.
JUDGING
The Western Australian Orchid Spectacular will be judged under Australian
Orchid Council Judging Rules.
1. All Australian AOC Judges must be personal members of the AOC.
2. Overseas Judges must have confirmation from a recognised judging authority
that they are qualified judges.

OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony will take place in the early evening of Thursday
the 25th September, with nibblies and drinkies followed by a sneak preview
of the Displays and Sales areas. The cost of $25.00 Per Person is only
slightly more that at the 2005 WAOS. This will be your first opportunity
to mingle with our interstate and overseas guests and personalities. An
event not to be missed!!
CONFERENCE DINNER
The Conference Dinner will be held at will be held at Queens Park Leisure
Centre, Centre St Queens Park on Saturday the 27th September at a cost
of $40 Per Person
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
From Friday 26th to Monday 29th (A public holiday) we expect that the
public will be allowed in from 9am, with registrants from 8am each day.
LECTURES
For Registrants only, will take place from Saturday 27th to Monday 29th
in the Lecture Room.
