PAYMENT OPTIONS

Direct Deposit.
The full amount for your booking is to be credited to Fernbank's bank account 4 weeks prior to your booking date. Account details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Please note: Your Visa or Mastercard details will also be required when making a booking.

Master Card or Visa.
The full amount for your booking will be debite 4 weeks prior to your booking date.

BOOKING CANCELLATION
No charge if you cancel 4 weeks or more prior to your booking.
No Refund if you cancel within 4 weeks of your booking.

SECURITY BOND
Your credit card will be pre-authorised an amount of $500. This will not be debited or appear on your credit card statement unless it is required to cover additional charges such as damages or losses to FernBank property which occur during your stay or more than standard cleaning costs are incurred after your departure. You will receive an account prior to any debit.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Standard check-in is 2PM, check-out is 1pm.

CONDITIONS OF STAY
FERNBANK IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS OF AGE.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy—6 adults.
Additional guests are not permitted on the property for special functions, lunches or dinners without prior written approval from the booking manager.
