PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa.
A non-refundable $100 deposit will be debited upon confirmation of your booking.
SECURITY BOND
A $500 security bond is required by credit card pre-authorisation prior to arrival. This will be used to cover any damages or losses to FernBank property which may occur during your stay.
CONDITIONS OF STAY
Standard check-in is 4 PM, check-out is noon.
FernBank is not suitable for children.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
Maximum occupancy—6 adults.
Additional guests are not permitted on the property for special functions, lunches or dinners without prior written approval from the owner.
