Squid Shack Ride

There were about 40 people at the Amity. We left just after 10 am
and headed to Bakers Junction and took the road towards Manypeaks. We
turned off towards South Stirlings. Beautiful weather, yellow canola
fields and the Stirlings were amazing. We had our morning tea stop at
Kamballup, some at the hall and some at the roadhouse.
Jim offered Ronnie to take the Ducati for a spin. Ronnie had a big
grin on his face when he left. When he came back he was a bit shaken.
When he accelerated he did a Casey Stoner wheelie, he didn’t mean to
but the bike was just too powerful for the Harley rider.
After a coffee and a snack we headed back to Albany where we caught up with all the other club members and had fish and chips. It was great to catch up with each other.
