The Hall takes its decorations from many different periods of egyptian history; The sphinxes are greek, the mural behind the grand masters chair is from the time of Nefertiti, and so on. The Ceiling however, is adorned with Greek Alchemical symbols. The tour guide couldn't (or wouldn't) explain that.
