SUMMARY OF THE KEY ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME

My Science programme is based upon the theme "Endangered Animals" and is underpinned by a strong link with Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation
Centre.  Through Kanyana and the seminar I have access to scientists who are at the forefront of research  with endangered animals.



The programme uses Science as its base with strong cross-curricular  involvement and the use of Multiple Intelligence theory to ensure that students maximise their potential in Science.


The programme has developed over a period of  about three years, with links to the Centre going back for five years.  It has grown and extended during this time to involve the whole  school, parents and the community.
